How I think about AI.

I treat large language models as a new distribution channel, not a gimmick. At TheDesiFood I pioneered AI Engine Optimisation (AEO) — schema, structured data, and API configuration that make products discoverable inside ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude — and built conversational interfaces on LLM APIs, including an AI chatbot and a WhatsApp Business API channel. Paired with GEO-based IP detection for localized content, the goal is products that both reason with customers and surface wherever those customers ask.
