How I think about leadership.

As founding CTO I built TheDesiFood's engineering organization alongside its technology — a team of 10 engineers shipping a global e-commerce platform that serves 30,000+ customers at ₹8 Cr in annual revenue. I set the technical direction and established the CI/CD and automated PR-review practices the team works within, and I have led technical initiatives since serving as Technical Head of the ISE Student Club at BMSCE. Scaling people and process is what turns a working system into a company.
